Director of Private Investments

Stephen joined the firm in 2011 and works on proprietary investment opportunities. He performs investment research, due diligence and manages existing investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen worked in New York at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and Compass Partners on a broad range of private equity transactions across the business services, healthcare, and industrial sectors.  Before DLJ, Stephen worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank where he executed financial advisory assignments for corporate clients and financial sponsors.

Stephen graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting.
